Who We Are
About The Owner
DCS President and Owner Bill Drohan has over 30 years of experience working in the construction industry. He has built residential and commercial properties throughout the state of Florida, and is responsible for the construction of over 3,000 homes over the course of his career. Before founding Durable Construction Solutions in 2015, Bill held numerous executive positions with both regional and national home building companies with a focus on southeast Florida markets. His leadership, knowledge, and ability to offer a Builder's perspective help to set DCS apart from other shell contractors.
Shell Construction
Shell construction is the process of erecting a building or structure from the ground up, starting with the foundation and working up to the roof. A shell contractor is responsible for the exterior structural elements of a project, including concrete, masonry, and framing. Our experienced team has the expertise and the resources necessary to provide quality shell construction services.
